We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, situated down in the square below with a 23% downhill street, it offers easy access to the promenade and is close to the center. The service was excellent, with room service, car hire, housekeeping, and laundry available. The hotel also provides pet amenities and offers tours and ticket assistance. Our room was well-equipped with amenities such as ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The terrace had comfortable garden furniture where we could relax and enjoy the view. The hotel also had a restaurant where we could have in-room breakfast.
This hotel is highly recommended for families.

We stayed here on a motorcycle trip, and the hotel staff could not have been more accommodating. Bikes were allocated a parking space, and the single rooms were small suites, with fantastic views over the town. Although a 2 mile drive fronm the town, it was a 10 minute walk to get there. Truely a four star hotel at a one star price.
Nothing at all-exceeded all our expectations

Clean, Easy to riche.
Smell of smoke of cigarettes everywhere in the corridors. Spa should be available any time and for free - included in the price. The breakfast should've had more varieties and not only eggs, but some fried vegetables, etc... Staff should smile a bit more, not only two persons were quite good - Peter or Paul was his name the waiter was very good and the night receptionist.

Good price/quality ratio. Excellent to relax, beautiful view to town, parking, convenient location. Not a sanatorium.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city with everything down in the square below. the view from the balcony was amazing, especially down the river. the room and bathroom were cozy and comfortable, and the breakfast was quite rich with a lot of variety for both cold and warm meals. Service was friendly and helpful, with the reception lady boiling me water for my tea.
It would be great if the hotel provides kettles in the room, as boiling water at the reception is not always convenient.

Good stay for the money (single room for about 45 euros/night). Decent view of the town from halfway up the mountain. Probably more like a 3 3-.5 star instead of a 4 star hotel.

We had a great stay in this hotel with friendly staff and a central location right in the city center. The hotel facilities were clean and with good breakfast. We also appreciated the easy transportation to the square below.
Nothing that we didn't like.

The room is spacious and its layout is very interesting small entrance, small sitting room and small bedroom. Staying alone, I found it very comfortable. The receptionist was very nice and striving to make my tay enjoyable.I Wanted to take several spa sessions but the sessions were completely booked. Yet I managed to get to the Thermarium, which, surprisingly, was completely booked for me for 90 minutes and for a very good price of 13 Euros... Excellent experience...
The location of the hotel is central to the main street (3 minutes away) but slightly difficult to reach as it is on a hill... Personally I did not mind the trouble but could be challenging for senior people...

The breakfast was great, offering a good variety of food options. The fitness center was okay and the location was decent. It was easy to get around on foot.
The staff were not very helpful or friendly, which made my business trip less enjoyable. The room was quite noisy and could use soundproofing.

The room was outdated and not very comfortable. the bed was too soft and old, leading to a bad sleep.
